Makes bubblebox run <entrypoint> realize its entire package closure before execution:

  1. use existing local descriptors
  2. try configured binary caches package-by-package
  3. build remaining packages from registered sources
  4. fail with one actionable list for unresolved packages

After a pull, run reloads the effective entrypoint and realizes dependencies revealed by remote default metadata, covering virtual and composed entrypoints. bubblebox run --offline ... provides strict local-only behavior with no pull or build.

Verification:

  • clippy --workspace --all-targets clean
  • 121/121 unit tests green (2 new realization decision tests)
  • release workspace build green
  • isolated real E2E: absent Nushell auto-built from registered source and executed a structured pipeline (alpha,beta)
  • after removing its descriptor, run --offline nushell failed before execution with the expected missing-local-package error

Explicit build and pull remain available for expert workflows.
