Population campaign batch 1 (DESIGN-ecosystem 5.1 batch 4 remainder — batches 1-3 are already in the repo). Nine nixpkgs-scaffolded archetype-A packages, one commit each. All statics; yq is yq-go 4.45.4 (the mikefarah one — nixpkgs plain yq is the python jq-wrapper, deliberately avoided). Smokes: version + real op where natural (yq eval, uv cache dir). Gate verifies all nine in-job; local verify log runs in parallel as extra evidence.

yq: entrypoint binary is yq, not yq-go; scaffolder discovery mirrors the container's p.bin-or-p.out

Multi-output attrs can carry different bin/ contents per output — yq-go's
out output has a yq-go alias while its bin output (what the Containerfile
ships) only has yq. Discovery and the generated build now evaluate the
same expression, so the entrypoint always names a binary the image has.

Replace the nixpkgs closure (nix-scaffold, yq-go 4.45.4) with the upstream
static linux_amd64 binary fetched at a pinned tag + sha256 (builder fedora:44
-> scratch final, plain binary at /usr/bin/yq + standard mount dirs).
License MIT verified from the repo; metadata archetype A -> C; smoke now
expects the real v4.53.6 banner. Verified: build + smoke (--version, -n
'.a = 1') + footprint 14 MB / 120 MB gate.

shfmt: convert to archetype C v3.14.1 (upstream static, sha256-verified) fecc8797de
