Bumps the pinned engine tarball in nightly.yml + publish.yml from v0.1.0 to the just-released v0.2.0 (auto-realize, deterministic sandbox PATH, bind validation). Tarball URL verified serving (HTTP 200). Workflows-only change — the verify gate passes vacuously per its selection rules. From the next merge, nightly red/green reflects the 0.2.0 engine; the PR gate keeps building master as the engine canary.
