Pins nightly + publish to engine v0.4.2 (was v0.4.1).

v0.4.2 fixes the second stacked publish blocker: export_env published BUBBLEBOX_PROFILE even when no profile exists, so composing packages (rust-dev, nvim, +2) died in smoke on the profile-less CI store (publish run 116). Verified live on bee: bubblebox run nvim with no profile now composes rg/fd correctly. Tarball is attached to the release (prints 0.4.2).

With this merged I dispatch publish — the cache gains the 66 unpublished packages and cn#79 unblocks.
