Bumps cli + fuse-mount to 0.3.0 (Cargo.lock updated; cargo build --locked is clean and bubblebox --version prints 0.3.0).

Since v0.2.0 the only change is #5: --profile / BUBBLEBOX_PROFILE (apply a profile in place, mirroring the lock beside it).

After merge, tag v0.3.0 on the merge commit. release.yml attaches the portable tarball, which cn's thinkpad pin (bubblebox_version = "0.3.0", cn #69) installs.
