Item 2 of the declarativeness list: the remaining hand-edited user config moves into bubblebox [[files]], content-identical to what think has today (copied from the live machine).

Now declared: .gitconfig, .config/mimeapps.list, .config/monitors.xml (GNOME monitor layout — a Containerfile comment has claimed it lived in the repo since it was written; now it's true), gtk-3.0/ + gtk-4.0/settings.ini (icon theme for non-GNOME sessions; GNOME reads the dconf layer from #72), caelestia/shell.json (bar/border/launcher prefs — the monitors/ runtime state deliberately stays out), the user flatpak/overrides/global, and the two login-autostart entries.

One real fix in here: the Zen autostart entry was a symlink into the system flatpak export dir — dangling since the per-user migration (#73), so Zen silently stopped autostarting. Both autostart entries are now real .desktop files with the right Exec (flatpak run … app.zen_browser.zen, and Ghostty's wrapper path). The ghostty one notes it mirrors the applications-dir copy.

Also: cjust icons no longer writes settings.ini — it would sed -i a managed symlink into a real file. Same treatment the dconf PR gave the gsettings write.

Deliberately NOT declared: ~/.config/containers/containers.conf — its compose_providers points at ~/.local/bin/podman-compose, which doesn't exist. It's dead config; recommend rm on think. The dev quadlet symlinks stay with their per-project install.sh recipes (sources are repo-tracked already).

Previewed on think (bubblebox --profile <PR> plan, read-only): exactly the expected 9 actions — seven backup+link (real files; apply renames each to <path>.bak.<unix-ts> first), two replace-symlink (the old autostart symlinks) — and generation ca6cdec3 -> c9265ac7. Rollout is git pull && cjust bubblebox-apply, then delete the .bak.* files once satisfied.
