Closeout housekeeping for the maintainability arc (#123–#128):

  • Clean lint, finally: the two unused-import warnings that predate the whole effort (db/sandbox-view.ts countDistinct, tests/projects.test.ts sandboxes) are removed — eslint . exits with zero problems for the first time.
  • Doc status lines recorded (the 0031/0032 convention): 0048 and 0049 now say approved by PR #125; implemented by #126 / #127 instead of "DRAFT — not yet approved", with the option-C decision trail noted on 0048.

Gates: 764 passed / 13 skipped, tsc clean, eslint fully clean. Trivial diff — no review child needed for this one.
