Implements the full initial package-candidate backlog using two concurrent agents and clears delivered entries from the backlog.

Curated packages:

  • actionlint 1.7.12 — 8 MB
  • typst 0.15.1 — 56 MB
  • DuckDB 1.5.5 — 245 MB / 260 MB
  • CMake 4.4.3 — 369 MB / 390 MB
  • mise 2026.9.13 — 126 MB / 135 MB
  • pnpm 12.6.0 — 57 MB
  • pipx 1.17.6 — 245 MB / 350 MB

Import territory:

  • cloudflared 2026.9.3 official OCI image, digest-pinned and binary-probed

Verification:

  • One clean isolated-store combined tools/verify.sh run passed lint, build, all real smokes, and footprint gates for all seven curated packages.
  • The cloudflared image digest was pulled/inspected and /usr/local/bin/cloudflared --version returned 2026.9.3.

Includes PACKAGE-BACKLOG.md and PACKAGE-REJECTIONS.md from the candidate-ledger work; PACKAGE-BACKLOG.md is now empty after delivery.
