Adds "wl-party" to the ThinkPad bubblebox profile.

What: click-through confetti/particle overlay for Wayland layer-shell (github.com/kjvdven/wl-party) — built-in confetti/rain effects plus runtime Rhai scripts, runs on the niri layer-shell overlay, never steals focus.

Package PR (dependency, merge that first): chad/bubblebox-pkgs wl-party: add 0.3.0 (C) — archetype C, upstream static binary on distroless, Wayland-only sandbox surface (writable_run, no GPU/fonts/home).

Verified: tools/verify.sh green on bee (lint, build, smoke --version/list, 5 MB footprint); built + ran confetti inside the real bubblebox sandbox on think under niri — 129 frames / 59 fps, on-screen mapping confirmed by Chad.

After merge: cjust bubblebox-upgrade on think resolves it from the bees cache once bubblebox-pkgs CI publishes. No image rebuild needed (profile-level change; thinkpad-image unaffected).
